Scale of Charges

Let Only: One month’s rent payable for each letting to a tenant introduced by the Agent. Deducted from the First month’s rent collected at the commencement of a tenancy.

Full Management: Start-up fee of (one months’ rent) then 10% of the rent deducted from the rent as received each month.

Other Charges 

•   Preparation of Renewal Tenancy Agreement- £60.00

•   Additional property Inspection (per visit) - £55.00

•   Serving of Section 21 Notices (FTO) -  £ 25.00

•   Serving of Section 13 Notices (Increase in Rent)- £ 25.00

•   Advertise Only - £150.00

•   Court attendance (per hour) - £25.00

•   Periodic contract – No Charge

All prices subject to change after two months’ written notice
